The Closure of Marton Rd, Birdingbury on Monday 19th March 2018 will affect the iGo 580 bus service through Marton and Birdingbury. The bus will divert from Princethorpe to Frankton and vice versa for the return journey.
Anyone from Marton or Birdingbury who needs to travel to any destination on the 580 route on the day above can make arrangements with a local licensed Taxi company and claim a reimbursement of their fare through the County Council.
Reimbursement will only be paid for journeys on the above date, for journeys to/from places served on the above bus route and during the times that the bus normally operates only. A receipt MUST be obtained from the Taxi company for the journey and sent to Passenger Transport Development Team, Transport Operations, Warwickshire County Council, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, Warwickshire. CV34 4SX. Please include your name, address, contact telephone number and your bank details (bank name, sort code and account no). Please mark the envelope CONFIDENTIAL. Reimbursements will be paid via bank transfer as soon as possible. No reimbursement will be paid without an official receipt from a licenced Taxi company. Warwickshire County Council cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
