Update 24 August 2026
Collaborative working with MUA Electricity Limited
Please be advised that during the week commencing 24 August 2026 only, our teams will be working collaboratively with MUA Electricity Limited, who will be undertaking works in the vicinity of our scheme under a separate southbound lane closure on Vicarage Street.
These works are required to install a new electricity service ahead of our planned footway resurfacing works. These works will also support a new school development in the area.
We anticipate that the impact on traffic will be minimal, but please ensure you plan your journey carefully to avoid any delays.
