A charity reuse shop ran by Age Concern Warwickshire can be found at Hunters Lane. All proceeds from the sale of materials from the shop go directly to the charity. To find out whether a certain item is accepted at the shop please contact reuse shop directly:

A hard plastics recycling trial is currently in operation at Hunters Lane recycling centre. Hard plastics include items such as garden furniture, children's toys etc. Please speak to a recycling advisor about what types of plastic can be accepted.

We also accept pre-sorted household waste.

Hardcore, rubble and soil is not classed as household waste, therefore Warwickshire County Council reserves the right to refuse acceptance of this material. However, householders may deposit the equivalent of up to 3 x 25 kg bags (75 kg total combined weight) per month of hardcore, rubble and soil. Residents should be using bulk bag services offered from local DIY stores or skip hire for more substantial works. Information may be found in the Yellow Pages or in the Netregs waste directory.
Warwickshire County Council will also accept small amounts of asbestos at Princes Drive, Hunters Lane and Judkins household waste recycling centres

Plasterboard and gypsum is classified as construction waste and will be accepted in small amounts, please contact Waste Management for further information. Please note that this material must be kept separate from all other waste types, therefore please ask an advisor where to deposit this material.
Warwickshire County Council is aware that some people may still want to dispose of waste in vehicles which are excluded by the vehicle and trailer restrictions. Facilities are available at Hunters Lane and Princes Drive household waste recycling centres on a chargeable basis. We will also accept commercial waste at these centres.
