Rugby Borough CPE Variation 5 (2023)

Throughout the last year Warwickshire County Council have received numerous requests for changes to parking restrictions throughout Rugby Borough, this has resulted in the proposals detailed below.

Combe Fields Road - 40mph Speed Limit and Waiting Restrictions

The industrial estate at Pilot Way is to be developed and a new access road constructed, joining Pilot way to Combe Fields Road. Waiting restrictions and a Speed limit change are being proposed.

Proposals for a reduced 40mph speed limit on a section of Combe Fields Road near Ansty, with double yellow lines across a new signalised junction.

Warwickshire County Council are making the above named order which varies how the Residents Parking Permits and bay dispensations and suspensions operate.

Following the opening of the new Hillmorton Lane / Houlton Way traffic junction, there is a requirement to advise/slow road users down on approach to the new traffic signalled junction.

Warwickshire County Council is proposing is to replace the paper permit system with a new virtual permit system as a move towards greater efficiency.

As part of a proposed development at the junction of Lawford Rd/Jubilee Rd/Addison Rd, Rugby a request has been received to extend the existing No Waiting At Any time (NWAAT) on the A428 Lawford Road.
