Requests for subsidy or subsidy scheme information under Section 76 Subsidy Control Act 2022
If you intend to apply for a review of a subsidy or subsidy scheme Warwickshire County Council has given or made, then under Section 76 Subsidy Control Act 2022, you can make a request to Warwickshire County Council for information about that subsidy or subsidy scheme.
Please make requests for information under Section 76 Subsidy Control Act 2022 to subsidies@warwickshire.gov.uk. When making a request, you must state that it is being made only for the purpose of deciding whether to apply for a review of a subsidy decision under Section 70 Subsidy Control Act 2022.
Warwickshire County Council is under an obligation to provide the requested information within 28 days of receiving the request, and the response must be provided in writing. Warwickshire County Council must provide such information to enable or assist you in the making of a determination as to whether the subsidy was given, or the scheme was made, in accordance with the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
When providing the requested information, Warwickshire County Council may impose such restrictions as it considers proportionate in order to protect commercially sensitive information, confidential information, information subject to legal privilege, or information the disclosure of which would be contrary to public interest.
