Parent Announcement: Home to School Transport - September 2026
Applications for September 2026 will be open 13 April–30 June
Applications submitted after 30 June will not have transport in place for the start of term. Families must arrange their own travel until Warwickshire County Council confirm transport assistance.
This applies to:
- Key Stage transfer pupils
- Pupils changing education settings
- Post 16 SEND students
Year 7 Automatic Assessment (without an EHCP)
Year 7 pupils without an EHCP will be automatically assessed.
Eligible pupils will receive confirmation by the first week of the summer term - please check all email folders including junk/spam.
If your circumstances have changed, or if you believe your child is eligible but do not hear from us, please complete the online application form.
Information on vacant seat applications will be shared once available.
Contacting your transport operator
If you are already in receipt of home to school/college transport, you may need to contact your transport operator. For example, to let them know if your child is sick, if there is a delay, or for lost property.
