Home to School Transport applications – September 2026
The application deadline for Home to School Transport for the 2026/27 academic year was 30 June 2026.
We are currently processing applications received after the deadline and will contact families as soon as eligibility has been assessed and, where applicable, travel assistance arrangements have been confirmed.
Parents and carers are responsible for making their own travel arrangements until Warwickshire County Council has confirmed eligibility and any travel assistance is in place.
Please remember to check all email folders, including junk and spam folders, for updates regarding your application.
Important policy update
From 1 September 2026, Warwickshire County Council's new Children and Young People's Travel Assistance Policy comes into effect.
Applications received on or after 1 September 2026 will be assessed in line with the new policy and eligibility criteria.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we prepare for the new academic year.

Contacting your transport operator
If you are already in receipt of home to school/college transport, you may need to contact your transport operator. For example, to let them know if your child is sick, if there is a delay, or for lost property.
