The existing BP Pulse chargepoints that are in operation at 26 locations across Warwickshire are in the process of being taken over by a new provider. Warwickshire County Council has worked hard to ensure that the tariffs of the new provision will be cheaper, and that the new facilities will have much better reliability and uptime. Unfortunately, while this transition takes place, there is the possibility of service disruption.
From Sunday 1 March 2026, there is a possibility that some, or all of these charging locations will go offline while we work with the new provider to get the replacement service up and running.
We would ask all residents and visitors to please make sure that they check their app to ensure that the chargepoints at these locations are in service before going to charge. If they are not in service, check ZapMap for nearby alternatives.
