Booking an appointment
How to book
To book a slot, go to the recycling centres page and select your local recycling centre. Booking information can be found towards the top of the page. If booking is required please do this via the 'book via Eventbrite' button.
In order to book, you just need an email address to receive the ticket confirmation. You will be asked to complete your address and the registration number of the car you will visit in. You can also create an account in the booking system to access your booking details and cancel your booking.
Please read all the booking information so that you know what to expect when you visit.
If you don’t have access to the internet, try to get a friend or relative with internet access to book for you. Alternatively, you can contact the Customer Service Centre and they will book an appointment for you.
Appointment duration and availability
Each slot will be 15 minutes. Please pre-sort recycling and waste at home for a quick turnaround time and to help the site run efficiently.
New slots are released every week.
If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel your slot as soon as possible so that it is available to other people. If you have set up an account with Eventbrite, you can cancel your appointment by following the link 'View and manage your order online' in your confirmation email.
