Pre-application advice

We welcome and encourage discussions before a developer submits a planning application. These discussions can result in better quality applications and help speed up the decision making process after submission.

Pre-application advice should be sought from the relevant teams. We may require a fee for pre-application advice.

We also provide pre-application planning advice for mineral or waste applications.
