Brookmill Meadows – Housing

A collaboration between Countryside Partnerships, Warwickshire Property and Development Group and Warwickshire County Council, Brookmill Meadows represents a £2.5 billion joint venture which will go towards building 71 homes in Warton Village. These houses will be modern way that reduces carbon footprints, designed with increased energy efficiency, and will vary in size between 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties. 40% of the properties built have been earmarked for shared ownership and will boast affordable rents.

Mancetter South and Ridge Lane Pilot – CPW

The Mancetter South and Ridge Lane community engagement team have already approached 448 households and have received 167 completed questionnaires. This initiative, in line with the County council’s Community Powered Warwickshire agenda helps to allow for the maximisation of community engagement and stakeholder partnership to ensure decisions made about the future of communities are made by the community itself.
