How to apply

The online application form for the 2023/2024 Academic Year is now available.

Following a number of changes across the network, please check that the service you are applying for is still available to purchase through Warwickshire. If you are unsure, please contract us by emailing TO@warwickshire.gov.uk.

We strongly advise that you make your application as soon as possible to ensure that you have the best chance of securing a seat on the vehicle.

Please ensure that you read the Paid Transport Information Sheet as this contains vital information that you must read prior to applying.

Before submitting your application please ensure that you have read the Conditions of Travel, these are rules which all passengers must adhere to. If the rules are not followed then steps may be taken to remove offending students from the bus.

Please note: if you apply for a seat through this scheme we will assume that you have determined that you are not eligible for free school transport.
