The Second Penalty notice (in a rolling 3 year) will have an information box that clearly outlines the date of payment:
As this is your second penalty notice relating to this child the amount of the penalty is £160 is payable in full (as indicated in your documentation).
It is important that the correct payment is received by the dates outlined in the Penalty Notice for you to discharge your liability in relation to this matter.
We are unable to provide payment plans under the penalty notice regulations.
Penalty Notices are issued in accordance with Non-school Attendance and Penalty Notices Code of Conduct
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Should a third absence occur within a 3 year period (from the date of issue of the first Penalty Notice), a Penalty Notice will not be issued, and the matter will be referred to Warwickshire County Council’s Legal Services to consider instigating criminal prosecution proceedings for the offence.
