Introduction
The Penalty Notice applies to each parent for each child who fails to attend regularly and/or punctually.
Each penalty notice has a unique reference number and payment will be required in respect of each reference number.
The Penalty Notice provides parents with an opportunity to discharge their liability for the offence instead of being prosecuted.
