We are child friendly in everything we do to help children and young people to be as safe, skilled, healthy, heard and happy as possible.
We know families are the experts in their own lives and it is important we listen to them and understand their needs. We work with them, not to or for them, to keep families together and support them to build on their own strengths and relationships to be the best they can be. We have invested in new ways of working to allow increased focus on building strong relationships with families and helping them to find long-lasting solutions to any problems they may face, which is outlined in the Warwickshire's Relational Practice Framework (YouTube).
Our practice helps families recognise that they are the expert in their own lives, focussing on relationship building and positive change.

Our teams make an impact throughout the county, and everyone has a role to play. Our services are delivered through Warwickshire Families First which works in a multi-agency partnership with police, health, schools and education. It is everyone's responsibility to safeguard children and young people, and our combined efforts will support Warwickshire’s children and young people to be Safe, Healthy, Skilled, Happy and Heard.
