The present situation can feel very unsettling as there is a lot that feels outside of what we can control. You may be feeling worried and anxious or you may have already been suffering from anxiety and are starting to feel worse. Some organisations offering advice and support are listed below.

Young Minds – Tips, advice and where you can get support for your mental health during the coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic. There is a blog about looking after your mental health while isolating, a Young Minds Crisis Messenger as well as a Parents Helpline.
