Dynamic Support Register

The Dynamic Support Register (DSR) is a register which identifies children, young people and adults who:

  • have been formally diagnosed as Autistic and/or having a Learning Disability
    and
  • who are at risk of admission to a specialist Mental Health or Learning Disability Hospital.

The goal of the register is to ensure the right level of support is identified and provided, to enable the person to live their life in a way that they would like to at home.

The Dynamic Support Register helps to:

  • Identify people at risk of admission to a specialist Mental Health or Learning Disability Hospital and understand these risks.
  • Organise Care Education and Treatment Reviews (CETR) for children and Care and Treatment Reviews (CTR) for adults.

You can self-refer to the DSR, or a health or social care professional can make the referral with your consent.
