Package
Salary - £71,808 to £79,364 per annum.
Total benefit value (includes pension contribution and full holiday entitlement) £96,079 to £106,189.
Holiday entitlement
27 days plus eight bank holidays, together with one extra day to be taken at Christmas on a day determined by WCC. Annual leave entitlement is reduced on a pro-rata basis if you are employed on a part-time basis.
Pension
The Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) allows you to save while you are working in order to enjoy a pension once you retire. There’s also cover in the event of your early retirement on the grounds of permanent ill-health, redundancy, or business efficiency. You have the option to exchange part of your pension for some tax-free cash on retirement.
