Unfortunately, we do not have any recycled laptops current available, and therefore we will not be able to run this scheme in 2019. Changing Places project - funding opportunity

Applications are now open for public buildings across Warwickshire to apply for funding towards the installation of Changing Places facilities.

Standard accessible toilets meet the needs of some disabled people but not all; Changing Places toilets are designed to meet additional needs and ensure the facilities are fit for purpose for everybody with additional features and space.

The grant, funded by Warwickshire County Council, is open to public and private sector organisations who are responsible for publicly accessible buildings where a Changing Places toilet could be provided. The funding provided is for the provision and installation of approved equipment only.

Applications for funding are open until Monday 9 September 2019 and each application will be considered as it is submitted.

Visit CSW - JETS for more information on this funding opportunity and the application. You will need to register and create a login.

Small Scale Flood Alleviation Grant Scheme

Warwickshire County Council is looking for applications for up to £5,000 per annum for Warwickshire groups, residents and businesses for new works or studies to remove or mitigate flood risk within Warwickshire.

The grant is made available to Town Councils, Parish Councils and Constituted Groups. Individual applicants are encouraged to bid for funds through one of these, though where this is not practical, applications not made through one of these organisations may be considered. Full details, terms and conditions are included in the document link below.

All applicants are responsible for implementing their own proposals. This includes where applicable: seeking permission for the relevant landowners or other agencies, obtaining quotes, ensuring all health and safety obligations are met and complying with any other legislative requirements involved. Should you have any questions about the scheme please feel free to call the Flood Risk Management Team on 01926 412982 to discuss.
