Our structure
Our leadership team comprises of Monica Fogarty our Chief Executive: three strategic directors Mark Ryder, Communities; Nigel Minns, People and Rob Powell, Resources. Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service forms part of the Communities Directorate.
Thirteen Assistant Directors lead either strategic and commissioning or delivery services and report to the Strategic Directors. Forty eight managers, with either a strategy and commissioning manager role or service manager role report to our Assistant Directors.
