Financial arrangements
6.1 Tourism signing is provided entirely at the expense of yourself. The County Council will carry out investigation works for the suitability of tourist signs to the applicant once the £500 non-refundable deposit is received. If the investigation shows that the signage is suitable for the location applied for, then an estimate will be provided to the applicant for the full installation costs.
6.2 Upon an estimate being accepted we require a further £500 to be paid as a maintenance contribution for the life of the sign. Upon completion of the scheme, the signage will become the responsibility of Warwickshire County Council. If a sign is damaged, stolen or otherwise in need of replacement, this will be funded by Warwickshire County Council.
