- If you applied on time you will receive an email advising you of the accepted school place to Start September 2026
- Waiting List Positions will be available from Thursday 30 April 2026 – please be advised all waiting lists positions are subject to change and can either go up or down
- If you made a late application, applied after the deadline date of 15 January 2026 (1 January for house moves) you will receive your school place offer from 30 April 2026 in our re-allocation round.

Education, health and care plans (EHCP)
If your child has an EHCP, you should not apply through the website. Information about applying for a school place has already been sent to you by the SENDAR (Special Educational Needs Assessment and Review) team, and details shared about how to tell SENDAR what your school preferences are for September 2025. This information has also been sent to your child's school, so please talk to your school's SENCo if you need further advice and support.
If your child has an EHCP and is Electively Home Educated or is not on a school roll and you would like to talk to someone about applying for a school place, please contact your EHC Plan Coordinator in the first instance.
