Offers non-clinical mental health support to anyone aged 16 or over for people who live in Coventry and Warwickshire in the form of connection, advice, information and signposting to other services. Please note: this is NOT a crisis line but is available 24/7.

Provides emotional support with individuals with a “visible difference”, including visible scarring because of self-harm.
