The published definitive map and statement is a legal document in its own right, showing rights of way as of 1 October 1997. The map is published at a scale of 1:10000 and can be viewed at Leamington Library.
Highway statements register (XLSX, 58 KB)
This is a register of highways statements made under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 to demonstrate that a landowner does not intend to dedicate any additional public rights of way.
