Warwickshire Support Employment Service (WSES)

Warwickshire Support Employment Service (WSES) supports Warwickshire young people and adults whose primary need is a learning disability and/or autism who want to work.

WSES provide 1-1 support from a journey guide who will work with people who access the service throughout their journey into work working together to design a support plan which will include engaging activities and link to a programme of workshops which meet individual needs. Contact WSES for more information and to make a referral.

Thrive into Work

Thrive into Work is a free employment support service that provides a personalised approach to helping people age 16+ who experience health problems, have a disability, have difficulties sustaining work, or finding employment.

Thrive into Work provide includes one to one support to suit your needs and employment goals, help talking to your employer about your needs and continued support once you have started your job.


There is also support for young people aged 11 – 18 in the careers support section of the website.
