Employment - Hong Kong British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) visa holders

Post October 2026 the WCC Migration Employment Team can offer the following support to BNO clients:

Signposting support for employment advice
Access to online careers information sessions
Access to ESOL for employment online courses ESOL for employment classes
Information on employment courses and support available will be sent out via our mailing list.

There is also an external organisation that offers support:

Acas gives employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practice.
