Welcome to Warwickshire County Council's information and support pages for Hong Kong British National (Overseas) visa holders.
The UK Government's Hong Kong Welcome Programme has now come to an end. As a result, Warwickshire County Council's dedicated Hong Kong BNO Coordinator role will conclude in October 2026.
Although the national programme has ended, Warwickshire County Council remains committed to supporting Hong Kong BNO residents living in Warwickshire. Support will continue until March 2027; however, the level of assistance available will be more limited than that previously provided through the Welcome Programme.
Until March 2027, the Migration Team will continue to offer:
- ESOL for Employment provision.
- Information and updates through these webpages.
- Updates and community information through our Hong Kong Facebook pages and mailing list.

We recognise that many Hong Kong residents have established strong networks and connections within Warwickshire. In addition to the support provided by the council, there are a range of local community organisations and services that may be able to offer advice, activities, social connections and practical assistance.
