Our Fire Control Room is based within Fire Service Headquarters, in central Leamington Spa. Our dedicated team plays a crucial role in the receipt of emergency calls and coordinating emergency responses and ensuring the swift and effective deployment of resources to protect lives and property across the County.

As the beating heart of our emergency response operations, we are committed to providing round-the-clock support, 365 days a year.
