Existence of a right to cancel a consumer contract (and the conditions and procedures to enable you to cancel the contract)

Your right to cancel a consumer contract made with us under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies only in relation to contracts that are not made “face to face”. Contracts for certain goods and services do not allow consumers a right to cancel (for example, goods made to the consumer’s specification), and these will be clearly identified on the website.

There is no right to cancel business to business contracts

You can cancel the contract within 14 days from the day after the date of the contract, in the case of services, or from the day after the date of delivery of the goods for a goods contract. You no not have to give a reason for cancellation.

To cancel your contract with us, you must inform us, by means of a clear statement, of your wish to cancel. You can do this by phone or letter.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you cancel as above. We will refund the full purchase cost, including the cost of delivery to you, within 14 days of you returning the goods, or providing evidence that you have returned them. The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the goods.

In the case of consumer contracts for the supply of services, information on the consequences of agreeing to performance of a service starting before the end of the usual 14 day cancellation period

If you order any services, you can request their performance to start before the end of the usual 14 day cancellation period. In these circumstances, if you wish to cancel the contract within the 14 days, you will have to pay any reasonable costs incurred during this period. If the service has been completed, you will have to pay the full cost.
