Bedding - A to Z of recycling

Unwanted bedding in good condition, including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and blankets, can be offered for re-use. If the bedding is not in good condition take it to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre and place it in the textile bank (no duvets, pillows or quilts). Duvets, pillows, cushions and quilts are generally non-recyclable and should be disposed of in the kerbside waste bin or at a Recycling Centre.  However, some animal charities may be able to use these items for bedding - check locally.
