Standard procedures

confirmation of your orange/blue badge status
a visit by an engineer to assess the situation
consultation with your immediate neighbours
consultation with your Town/Parish Council

Reasons for refusal

if adequate off-street parking facilities are available
if there is an existing Residents Parking Scheme
any other waiting restrictions in place

Please note an Advisory Disabled Person's Parking Bay is unofficial and non-enforceable and all successful applicants must notify Warwickshire County Council when the parking Bay is no longer required.
