Lucy Adams - Team Lead and Senior Solicitor
Lucy joined WLS in 2019, having qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and previously worked in private practice. Lucy specialises as a planning and highways solicitor and her work includes:
- Drafts and advises upon highways agreements, including complex s278 agreements
- Advises clients on highways law and enforcement
- Litigation – advising on and preparing matters for court
- Planning – prepares and negotiates s106 agreements with developers and borough/district councils
Planning Team
Warwickshire Legal Services’ Planning team is made up of Solicitors, Legal Executives and Legal Assistants. Supporting numerous local authorities and external clients, alongside all of Warwickshire County Council’s own planning needs, the team specialises in:
