Miranda Forth joined WLS in 2010 and has led the Debt Recovery team in the recovery of millions of pounds in public money. Miranda specialises in civil litigation, and numerous areas of debt recovery including commercial and adult social care. She also advises on debt procedure and policy, corporate debt governance, and pensions debts.
Debt Recovery Team
WLS’s Debt Recovery Team is responsible for managing and recovering debts owed to the County Council, ensuring that funds are collected effectively and efficiently. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are well-equipped to handle a wide range of debt recovery matters.
Our team specialises in Adult Social Care debt recovery and a whole range of public sector sundry debts, plus enforcement of magistrate costs orders and return of equipment matters. Through civil litigation, our team supports the County Council’s financial operations and management of public funds.
