With more than 50 fee earners, WLS’s Children and Families Legal team is made up of 3 teams: the Courts team, the Pre-Proceedings and Private Law team, and the Legal Assistants team, along with several technical experts.
The Children and Families team prides itself with the level of support it provides its clients, delivering comprehensive child care services including pre-proceedings, case work and advisory services. Alongside the extensive legal expertise required in a range of complex and demanding child protection matters, the Children and Families team also ensure all necessary legal support is delivered, including handling of sensitive and large quantities of evidence, transformation of documents into electronic bundles, and proactive and effective case management.
The team supports all legal child care service needs of Warwickshire County Council, alongside supporting numerous other local authorities around the country.
