Warwickshire Legal Services is a large team, with over 120 lawyers covering a broad range of disciplines, specialisms and duties. Keeping a team that large working effectively and efficiently requires a robust and well-run support network, meeting their administrative, finance, and ICT needs.
Warwickshire Legal Services’ Commercial and Practice Management team is managed by Mark Randell, Business Manager, and is comprised of a large admin support team for the whole department. This includes an in-house finance and software support team to ensure we are always able to work effectively and react to any client needs.
The admin support team, led by Henry Bowen, allows our lawyers to focus on doing the legal work whilst administrative and transactional work can be dealt with within the team, keeping the delivery of work swift and cost effective.
As workplaces and the legal industry change and evolve, Warwickshire Legal Services manages to adapt quickly and effectively with support from the Finance and Systems Support team, led by Alex Love. Through expertise and a hands-on approach to managing our ICT systems, this team ensures our lawyers can work at all times, remotely and in person, and that they are on top of new ICT requirements from clients and other parties, including the courts. The finance support they provide doesn’t just fully cover the client billing and customer service requirements of our work, but also provides business and management information reporting services for us, and our clients, to better understand our work and our clients’ needs.
