The Grayson Place/Abbey Street development site lies to the west of Nuneaton Town Centre, covering 2.3 hectares. Its location within easy reach of the train and bus stations makes it ideal for new retail and leisure uses.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, and its strategic development partner Queensbury, are bringing the site forward. A Hampton by Hilton hotel was opened in September 2024, and works are nearly complete on a town centre campus for North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College’s Digital Skills and Innovation Centre, and a food hall and leisure hub.
