Financial regulations provide the framework for managing our financial affairs. They apply to every member and officer of Warwickshire County Council and anyone acting on our behalf (Local Government Act 1972).

We are responsible for providing a wide range of services which involves spending significant amounts of money. To help ensure we make best use of this money a range of financial responsibilities have been delegated to strategic directors and heads of service.
