Premises Information form

To help us better support local businesses we have produced this Premises Information form.

The aim of the form is that in the event of an incident the more accurate information the fire crews have about a business premises – the quicker the incident could be resolved. This in turn will result in less damage and will allow a business to recover quicker, lessening the financial impact that is caused by a fire, flood, spillage etc..

All information provided will be kept securely by the Fire Service and no details will be passed on to third parties. Larger businesses may receive a visit from the Fire Service to allow us to build a more detailed picture of the premises.

The assessment should only take five minutes to complete, but hope the difference it may make to a business in the event of needing the Fire Service may be huge.
