Parents and carers can contact Warwickshire County Council if they have any concerns or queries, or for information as the network of provision changes over the weeks ahead. A new parental helpline on 01926 412021 has been set up to operate between the hours of 0800 to 1800 from Monday to Friday.
However, parents and carers are advised that this number is a secondary source of information. The first port of call, wherever possible, should be the County Council Coronavirus webpages where local advice and information can be found for parents and carers, including a list of Frequently Asked Questions, advice about free school meals and up to date school closure arrangements in Warwickshire. Alternatively, please check the latest information on the Government website.
