Businesses from across Warwickshire's visitor economy sector are invited to attend a Visitor Economy Future Skills round table event taking place this November.
The event will provide an opportunity for employers to share their experiences, discuss workforce and recruitment challenges, and help shape the future skills and training provision available to support Warwickshire's visitor economy.
Hosted by Warwickshire Skills Hub, the Visitor Economy Future Skills Round Table event will take place on Tuesday 10 November, 9:30am – 12:00pm at Farmers Fayre in Stoneleigh. The event will bring together businesses from across hospitality, tourism, leisure and visitor attractions to explore the skills and workforce needs of the industry and identify opportunities and challenges facing employers now and in the future.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other visitor economy businesses, discuss common challenges, and contribute directly to conversations about how Warwickshire can develop the skilled workforce needed to support the growth and sustainability of the sector in the years ahead.
Feedback gathered during the session will help inform future skills initiatives, funding opportunities, and workforce development activity across Warwickshire, ensuring that support continues to align with the needs of employers.

The Visitor Economy Future Skills round table is being delivered by Warwickshire Skills Hub and forms part of its ongoing programme of sector-focused engagement events, ensuring that businesses play a central role in shaping future skills support and workforce development across Warwickshire.
