Warwickshire County Council is proposing:
- pursuant to sections 65 and 66 of the Highways Act 1980, to convert parts of existing footways on Warwick Road, Rouncil Lane and Suncliffe Drive, Kenilworth into shared use footways/cycle tracks for use by pedestrians and cyclists.
- pursuant to Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, to install a road hump (with priority crossing for pedestrians and cyclists) on Warwick Road at its junction with Newey Drive, Kenilworth
- pursuant to section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to install a road hump with parallel crossing for pedestrians and cyclists on Warwick Road, Kenilworth (replacing existing speed cushions), ten metres south of the junction with Rouncil Lane.
