A Warwickshire business that supports young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is celebrating continued growth after expanding its presence at Warwickshire County Council's Holly Walk House Business Centre in Leamington Spa.

Bright Outcomes, which became a tenant at Holly Walk House in December 2025, has recently taken on additional space within the centre as demand for its services continues to increase.

Founded to support young people who are unable to attend mainstream school or college, Bright Outcomes provides tailored alternative education programmes in a safe and nurturing environment. Through personalised learning, wellbeing support, and life skills development, the organisation helps young people to rebuild their confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve positive long-term outcomes.

The expansion of the business at Holly Walk House marks an important milestone for Bright Outcomes and highlights the role Warwickshire's network of business centres plays in supporting businesses and organisations at different stages of their growth journey.

Councillor Rob Howard, Warwickshire County Council Portfolio Holder for Economy and Rural Development, said:

"It is fantastic to see Bright Outcomes thriving and expanding at Holly Walk House just months after becoming a tenant. Their work is making a real difference to young people with SEND across Warwickshire, helping them to build their confidence, develop skills, and achieve positive outcomes. This business growth story demonstrates the important role our Business Centres play in providing organisations with the space and support they need in order to succeed, create impact, and contribute to Warwickshire's economy and communities."

Andi Hillman, Founder of Bright Outcomes, said:

"The business centre serves as our head office, providing a professional base for our operations while our team works peripatetically across different locations. It offers a central hub for coordination, meetings and administration, ensuring consistency and strong communication across the organisation.

“For us, the business centre has been key to our growth. Having a dedicated head office has allowed us to operate more efficiently, strengthen our team structure, and expand our reach. It has supported us in scaling our provision while maintaining a high-quality, responsive service for the young people we support.”

Warwickshire County Council's Business Centres offer flexible, affordable workspaces and support for businesses, charities, and organisations looking to establish and grow across county. Holly Walk House in Leamington Spa provides a professional town-centre location, helping tenants access high-quality facilities while becoming part of a thriving business community.

Supporting businesses and organisations to start, grow and prosper remains a key priority for Warwickshire County Council. Bright Outcomes' success is a great example of how the county's Business Centres provide the foundations for growth while helping organisations to deliver valuable services that benefit local communities.
