Have you heard of Books on Prescription?
Books on Prescription is an initiative by Reading Well to support people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading. The books are all chosen and endorsed by health experts, as well as by people living with the conditions covered and their relatives and carers. Reading Well collections cover adult mental health, young people's mental health, dementia and long term conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, chronic fatigue and stroke. Collections can be found in Warwickshire Libraries and are available for loan by anyone with a Warwickshire Library card. Details about the collections and library membership can be found by following the link below.

The Reading Agency, the national charity who run the scheme are currently undertaking an evaluation and would like your help. They are asking for feedback from people who have used the books. This evaluation will help The Reading Agency explore the impact of the scheme and help plan future work.
