Guidance for vape sellers on recycling points

Do you sell vapes?

All retailers who sell vapes (regardless of type of store) must provide a recycling facility for consumers to bring back used or unwanted vapes.

Here is a useful video that shows your legal obligations. The Association of Convenience Stores has also issued some advice on selling vapes and vape recycling.
