Places are available at a free Macmillan 'Living well with cancer' nutritional and physical activity event on Wednesday 19th September. It's taking place at 10am-3pm at Queens Road Baptist Church Queens Road, Coventry CV1 3EG.

An informative day with a specialist expert dietitian and a physical activity professional about the benefits of eating well and moving more to help you feel better during and after your cancer treatment.

Content will include subjects such as:

• Exercise you can and can’t do before, during and after treatment

• What exercise is and research about its benefits

• What we know about how great exercise is for you when you are living with cancer

• Myth busting around food and diet

• What nutrition does to help fuel your body

• Changes to your diet throughout your cancer experience

There will be plenty of time for questions and activities with the experts.
