Cllr Izzi Seccombe, Leader of Warwickshire County Council, said:
"Since the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic, at Warwickshire County Council we have been fully committed to exploring the ways that we can can do things differently to rise to the challenges posed by the virus, whilst keeping local democracy as open and transparent as is possible. As a part of this commitment, tomorrow (Thursday 14 May) I am very pleased to announce that our Cabinet meeting will be conducted virtually and publicly streamed.
"All our residents can be assured that, although this meeting will be taking place, the safety of my Cabinet and all our elected members is at the forefront of our decision-making and we will be following Government guidelines and staying alert to stay safe and control the virus.
"I would encourage all residents to watch this broadcast tomorrow from 1:45pm"
