Urgent help for mental health issues

NHS 111 (mental health option)

In a mental health crisis or emergency, get immediate expert advice and assessment, by going to 111 online or calling 111 and selecting the mental health option. In an emergency call 999. (111 and 999 are available 24/7)

Out of hours support

CALM - helpline open 5pm to midnight
SANE - helpline open 4pm to 10pm
Coventry and Warwickshire Safe Haven - open 6pm to 11pm at venues across Coventry and Warwickshire. Check for venue opening times.
