Becoming a provider or expanding services in Warwickshire

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) welcomes interest from new providers and existing organisations looking to expand or diversify their services to meet the evolving needs of our communities. We are committed to working collaboratively with providers to ensure high-quality, sustainable services that align with local priorities and population needs.

Steps to Get Started

1. Contact Market Management

If you are considering starting a new service or expanding an existing one, we encourage you to contact our Market Management Team. They can forward interest to the relevant commissioning teams.

Email: marketmanagement@warwickshire.gov.uk

2. Register to Access Tender Opportunities

All Warwickshire County Council (WCC) tendering opportunities are advertised via the e-procurement portal.

Suppliers are encouraged to visit this webpage and follow the instructions provided to register on the system. Registration and use of the portal are free of charge.

Once registered, suppliers will be able to receive notifications of relevant opportunities, access tender documentation, and submit responses for any tenders advertised by Warwickshire County Council.

3. Stay Informed

Providers can view current contracts and upcoming retenders via the Procurement and Tender Opportunities page.

We also recommend subscribing to updates and checking the Market Position Statement for sector-specific insights.

Warwickshire Care Directory: Providers can also promote your service on a local service directory. This would support those accessing services through direct payment, to know this service is available. Register online through, see link: https://searchout.warwickshire.gov.uk/community-directory.

New Provider Forms: Please also complete the following New Provider MS form so that we have your full details on record.
