- We will commission services that promote prevention, independence, enablement and lifelong opportunities through restorative and strengths-based approaches.
- We will ensure our commissioning activity reflects the needs, aspirations and lived experiences of people with protected characteristics and diverse communities.
- We will embrace technology and innovation to improve outcomes and make the best use of resources.
- We will work with providers and partners to develop a diverse, resilient and responsive market.
- We will work with providers to reduce carbon emissions and support a healthier, more sustainable Warwickshire.
