Ask any member of staff at a County Council managed library for instructions on how to join.

Identification

Please show one form of ID with your name and address or photo ID:

utility bill
bank or credit card statement
tenancy agreement
photo driving licence
Coventry libraries card
Warwickshire County Council staff photo ID

ID must be original and in hard-copy.
